      Pros

      Lots of overtime, 12 hr shifts, 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off

      Cons

      2 weeks on night's then rotate to 2 weeks on days. Pay is based on levels. Management doesn't make levels easily accessible. Constantly changing the level sign off book or not providing one. Extremely high turn over rate.

      They pay better than most companies in the industry, average benefits, room for advancement. Friendly work environment in most cases

      Cons

      Corporate has a stranglehold on all important decisions. Vacation is sub par. The union environment stunts exemplary performance. Negative attitudes galore.
