      Good work life balance and benefits.

      low pay, office politics get in the way of daily work, nepotism, employees not appreciated for the work they put in, poor infrastructure

      Pros

      As pro's go. there never seems to be a shortage of overtime. not because they have so much work. just horrible time management. head office of the company is great. and the few plants near them are awesome.

      Cons

      To many levels of management always fighting about how or when to do something. employees spend more time working in circles then getting the job done because every time someone makes a decision. another boss comes and changes it. the employees never seem to have all the info they need to do the job. like test runs for new clients. you'd think, give the operator a colour sheet to match too...no no don't do that.. then blame him when the colours are off or take 3 times as long as it should.

      Too many hours required to be at work. Family conciliation hard to keep. Almost lost my family.
