Pros

Schedule is good. no overtime when you need it.

Cons

No advancement into salary positions unless your managements pet. Safety is not number 1. They say they prefer to hire from within but instead hire from outside. Dont practice what they preach.

Plenty of work. Lots of OT. If you are willing to work and learn then there is always a job for you. Follow all safety and osha regulations and requirements.

Cons

Don’t pay enough for all the requirements. They don’t pay out anything for thanksgiving or Christmas expect for what the union contract states. Very strict!
