Cons

Local locations do not always embrace the organizational culture changes or shifts in business. Salary scales are not overly competitive

Pros

If employed with them they give full time benefits, potential career, vacation, sick time and dental.

Cons

Job offer rescinded on first day no other notice given. Treat people like human beings. I was strung along through the hire process up until the literal first start day and then they tell me the job fell through on my start date. I had told my previous employer and now i have to scramble to try and find a job last minute. I could become homeless if i cant find another job soon and all they did was shrug. I can only hope that karma comes around to them, but im not even sure i believe in all that but word of advice is to not trust this company.

Can work overtime, can get steel toe shoes through them

Cons

Too hot in summer due to ovens, not enough people working, don't get breaks sometimes, all new people get the crappy jobs, and their supervision sucks big time.
