      Wide variety of different systems to gain experience on. Strong safety focus. Good tool allowance and pay perks.

      Cons

      High Turnover. Most work is quality of life improvements and safety redundancies. Disappearing production bonus. Strong safety focus. Old regime is full entrenched and isn't going anywhere
