Pros

I enjoy working at Case Farms. The company rewards hard work and dedication. It is possible to move up in the company and plenty of opportunities to further your education. The benefits rival most companies in the area and the pay is decent for our local area. In most plant environments people are numbers but at Case Farms, everyone is known by their names. The company helps the community with different functions. Overall, if you are willing to work and take pride in a job well done, you will enjoy this company.

Cons

The poultry industry is hard work and the physical environment has harsh physical conditions (Great temperature difference, dusty, wet) .

Pros

A weekly pay check and they hire anyone

Cons

Unethical practices. Supervisor and manager allowed to have relationships with production workers that leads to favoritism. Constant drug use and sale during work hours on work property. When reported to HR the person who makes the report is the one terminated.
