Pros

A weekly pay check and they hire anyone

Cons

Unethical practices. Supervisor and manager allowed to have relationships with production workers that leads to favoritism. Constant drug use and sale during work hours on work property. When reported to HR the person who makes the report is the one terminated.

Pros

Case Farms has several positives: the pay, benefits, vacations, team work, and upward mobility.

Cons

The major con is working 6 days a week. United States companies needs to adapt the European model when it comes to work hours... work 4 to 5 days week. It provide time for employees to rest and spend time with family.
