Pros

It's a job, but barely pays the bills. Benefits are just simply "ok." Employee chicken sales are cool, if you can get an order placed in time.

Cons

Don't believe on promoting from within, low pay compared to local market, no incentive to go above and beyond, management would rather pass the buck then make a decision, too many politics, act like they care while they are stabbing you in the back, and too many liars in key positions.
