- Work culture is toxic, too competitive, stack ranking - Management is weak. They can't make a decision on work and keep changing project priorities every quarter. Finishing a project and taking it to production is extemely hard because of the changing priorities. - Team spirit is dead because the company employees are all remote. You will hardly have any connections and would feel lonely.

the pay and benefits were great, I liked that they provided snacks and drinks on site and that we were able to work remotely

Cons

I found it challenging to advance beyond my role, the company was changing a lot at that time so we went from email to having to do chat or voice which I didn't enjoy.
