Ground floor startup that's beginning to grow

This is a small but growing startup. Definitely still on the ground floor, but stable and consistently growing. Product has its quirks but is solid for the most part, and affordable for the target market. Not a tough sell. The software could definitely use some work, it's a little rough around the edges. Lots of incoming leads that should be good since they signed up for a trial, but you have to make a lot of calls to get a good one. Very relaxed atmosphere, ping pong table and all.

Cons

Management sheds people that aren't producing quickly. Sink or swim. Office starting to get crowded & loud. Some customers can be very difficult to work with.

Laid back work environment. Managers do not micro manage. Gain cold, warm and some lead based sales experience. Great to put on a resume as a small start-up company

Cons

Small company with which comes very minimal room for growth unless the company grows first. Managers are lazy when it comes to training and properly motivating employees. High turnover rate Not open to many ideas that would change sales process, training or other aspects of the company Compensation does not match the amount of work needed to finalize and keep an account.
