Pros

Giving the restaurant group the benefit of the doubt while navigating through a pandemic, as a company the Castellucci's tried very hard to create a great working environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, their choices in management were atrocious leaving the day-to-day service to be filled with miscommunication, disorganization, understaffing, and an inability to correctly mitigate issues that arise on the floor.
