Pros

By far, the best work culture I've experienced at a company. Everyone supports each other and as a remote first company, there is lots of collaboration. You have unlimited holiday and lots of social events. The company is a scale up with lots of opportunities to carve out what's best for your career and of course growing the business.

The remote work setting and the 500 dollars we received to set up our home office

Cons

The layoffs were a huge con obviously. They were generous in the severance package however the messaging of it was disappointing.
