Pros

Most employees are well compensated

Cons

Leadership doesn't trust it's managers to make decisions. Everything has to be approved by CEO and therefore there is a backlog and decisions are not made timely.

Friendly colleagues, happy hours that become support groups to endure the suffering

Cons

Toxic and paranoid. Fraudulent. Say they are helping children but are just tracking data for Keiser

Pros

Can’t track your work, so as long as you politic and keep the right people happy it’s an easy job.

Cons

Lots of talk, very little action. Only certain “type” of the same people seem to promote each other, taking bonus payments bigger than employees yearly salary while not hiring enough people to do the job… Sad to say, most talented people move on from this place.
