Pros

Great benefits including free sessions with Lyra Health and personal/ sick leave days are accumulated separately from PTO.

Cons

Not really any cons just your normal company expansion and sometimes miscommunications from different departments.

Leadership has failed on MASSIVE level- losing profitability, destroying the culture and lack of accountability at the executive level. So they are firing everyone underneath to point the finger elsewhere.

Cons

Too many to fit here, but don’t worry they’ll be much more coming.
