The great thing about working here is that there’s many opportunities for growth and professional development but it’s overshadowed by poor management and a lack of accountability of the higher ups.

Cons

The salaries are extremely low being very well below market value. On top of this, management runs their teams poorly and this is well known throughout the organization. Aside from low salaries, the organization would benefit from investing some of their revenue into training management.
