Thank you for sharing your experience working for our organization. We’re glad to hear that scheduling and your experience in our classroom was a positive one. Like many, we had some difficult decisions to make in the wake of COVID in order to comply with state and local regulations. Our children, families, and staff were always a central factor in how we balanced serving our communities, as well as remaining in compliance. That being said, we value the input of our employees and hope you will contact anyone in leadership or Human Resources to discuss further.

Pros

The job is based on your site supervisor. My Supervisor is very helpful and allow me to have my own classroom. Good job to start off with room to move up in the company.

Cons

Handle COVID not too well. A lot of layoffs and hours cut. They struggled because of school closing down. But will recover eventually.

Thank you for providing feedback on your experience working for us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed working in your own classroom and collaborating with your manager. Working in an Assistant Teacher position provides for a great opportunity to grow with our organization. We acknowledge that the COVID-19 pandemic has made for a challenging year, for many organizations and industries, especially those like ours in the service and care industry. We have had to make some challenging decisions over the past year and are looking forward to recovering and providing continued opportunities for our staff. We’re thankful for our staff for being able to roll-with-the-punches during such an unprecedented time and hopeful that the future holds more stability for our industry.

Pros

The kids are nice, some have behavior issues, some don't.

Cons

All the staff are clique-y. Promotions don't exist no matter what they tell you.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on working for our organization. We agree, the kids at our centers are kind and we couldn’t be more thankful to be able to work with them. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our staff was not as collaborative as we strive to be. We encourage our employees to reach out to the next level leadership, or HR, if team collaboration and building can be improved on. This past year’s pandemic and environment has slowed our ability for growth. However, as our organization moves forward, flexes and grows, we like to promote from within when the opportunities arise and have been fortunate to see many long term employees grow within the Agency.
