Thank you for providing feedback on your experience working for us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed working in your own classroom and collaborating with your manager. Working in an Assistant Teacher position provides for a great opportunity to grow with our organization. We acknowledge that the COVID-19 pandemic has made for a challenging year, for many organizations and industries, especially those like ours in the service and care industry. We have had to make some challenging decisions over the past year and are looking forward to recovering and providing continued opportunities for our staff. We’re thankful for our staff for being able to roll-with-the-punches during such an unprecedented time and hopeful that the future holds more stability for our industry.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our staff was not as collaborative as we strive to be. We encourage our employees to reach out to the next level leadership, or HR, if team collaboration and building can be improved on. This past year’s pandemic and environment has slowed our ability for growth. However, as our organization moves forward, flexes and grows, we like to promote from within when the opportunities arise and have been fortunate to see many long term employees grow within the Agency.
