- Flexible scheduling, can change schedule every school quarter/semester - Field Staff Manager is great and cares about her staff

Cons

- Some centers kind of suck to work at - Some days you're on-call and have to be ready to go when your manager texts you - No guarantee you'll get all the hours you're available for
