Pros

There are lots of trainings. They have medical, dental and vision. They allow the teacher freedom to teach the children through Emergent Curriculum, Reggio, high scope and Developmentally Appropriate Practice. Lesson Plans are based on the child's interest's and is not cookie cutter.

Cons

1. Communication on policy and procedures with all center management and center staff 2. General Appreciation of Staff. (After 5, 10, 15, 20 years) 3. All centers working with the same expected systems with the current and correct training. 4. Don't cut the support staff (All the Assistants to the Site Sups) then expect them to be rehired to do more for less money. 5. There is not a path for Master Teachers to grow, unless you want to be a Site Sup or Center Manager.

Thank you for your feedback. We love how our curriculum allows for the flexibility for teachers to develop lesson plans that fit their children’s needs. Glad you feel the same! Communication and Employee Recognition are areas we continue to strive to develop further. We are in the process of examining additional ways to best meet the needs of our diverse employee population and we look forward to employee support in the development of those tools. As for supplies and programs, as we work to automate and enhance some of our processes, these are great pieces of feedback to share with your leadership team so they can help support or ask further questions. As we continue to grow and support community needs, we have new leadership positions for our staff to grow into and/or explore different career paths. These are great areas, we as a company want to continue to review and respond accordingly.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand schedules can be challenging when you are a Field Staff employee who helps substitute where needed at centers. The need for substitutes varies by center and day and can require some commuting and variable schedules during the day. We will continue to work with our teams to ensure schedules and other obligations are reviewed and considered when substitute assignments are provided, while still balancing the needs of our centers and families.
