Cons

Low pay, must have child development degree or you will not get compensated appropriately. Even if you have a master def in something closely related they will not compensate you because you don’t have child development degree

Benefits are awful, does not listen to employees about their wants for work life balance, low pay, leadership is stuck in its ways and doesn’t handle situations and criticism well, very little collaboration across the organization.
