      Supportive supervisors and co-workers and access to professional growth and development; thorough (paid) training before starting the job, paid holidays and sick leave, well funded centers with fully stocked supplies, time given for prep work, job opportunities within the company are regularly posted and upward mobility is possible, Supervisors try their best to match your experience and interests with job openings

      I work with a great team that empowers me to use my personal strengths to do my best work. I love working with our teachers and site supervisors on creating fun and engaging programs for children throughout California.
