Pros

Please see the cons. Pros are hard to find with this company.

Cons

Terrible micromanagement and leadership. Work here if you want teaching creativity and autonomy stifled using antiquated ways of teaching and old curriculum that does not pique or motivate student’s interest. Students’ need to explore is also stifled and instruction is solely guided by standardized assessments. Academia is too strongly pushed and the program severely lacks variety in the technical aspect of education where students clearly respond better to. Because of this, student behavior increases to concerning high levels of safety threats while the high turnover of staff due to overwhelming demands makes the restraint protocols hard to follow. It puts staff in an unfavorable position should a student make an allegation. The increased behaviors plays in the favor of the company for retention to maximize profit. The program is nothing but a facade to generate a positive impression using various standardized assessments to generate data for the purpose of retaining students to ensure adequate funding for the company. Profits over students.

Pros

Great Co-Workers Great training for curriculum and de-escalation Point sheets are really well designed

Cons

The management of this company is terrible. They are not helpful in the nuts and bolts, they hire people who are not at all qualified for their job, and they change company policies on a dime if they do not like the way you act or look. It is unfortunate that a company that offers such a good service can be run so terribly. Pay is almost $10,000 under the average in the area.
