Pros

Small groups Pre-made lesson plans Lot's of (unpaid) time off

Cons

I worked here for years and by the end was making LESS than new hires. And they made a huge deal out of the raises I did get. No benefits They stopped paying by salary and switched to hourly so they wouldn't have to pay for holidays. Kept promising more hours and it never happened. By the end, I felt disrespected and ignored. I felt like they knew they could hire anyone at any time so why care about long term teachers. No opportunity for growth in the company. Despite a lot of praise on evaluations, they never even contacted me back when I tried applying for better jobs within the company, seemed like they already had people in mind for the positions.
