Pros

Flexibility, decent pay...nothing else. It's a job if you desperately need one. If you can find something better, please do.

Cons

Lack of professionalism from the top to the bottom. Company conducts mass terminations yearly. Beware of the good posts...it's HR LOL

no teacher support too much paper work

Pros

As a part time teacher your scdeule is some what flexible. Working with students who want to learn was a plus. some good staff, except for some of the management. Good pay

Cons

To much paper work and not enough support to first year employee teachers. Some of the management is not very professional when communicating with staff. Too much work for a part time position. No benefits for part time workers. Observations were not very fair, and did not reflect the actual effort that a teacher put into creating the lessons, and what the students were able to learn through cumulative lessons during a semester. No support for helping teachers improve their teaching techniques, except for some professional development which is usually offered for teachers, but is not very helpful when trying to put into practice
