Pros

There are some really good people who care about helping others. Opportunities to learn different parts of the business.

Cons

Very transnational approach in how they deal with their employees. They promote people based on favoritism and not results. Not a professional environment at all. The top level of leadership is only concerned with cashing out. Compensation and commission structure is well below industry standard. Lots of turnover in general. Militaristic approach in dealing with conflict and discipline. Little to no proper training; which results in even more turnover. Ethics are questionable at best.
