      Pros

      Catapult has a great culture that allows you to build great relationships with coworkers and have a lot of flexibility as long as you are accountable and reliable. You work closely with recruiters so you get consistent updates on the industry and potential career opportunities.

      Cons

      No cons that I noticed during my time. They are very willing to work for you and provide support when needed.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing, everyone is super friendly and caring. No catty-ness which is hard to avoid at work these days. I love how quickly I am seeing people get promoted, it makes me want to work harder knowing there is room to grow. Management plans a future for you, with you because they want you to excel and be successful.

      Cons

      The drive to work is a little exhausting but I'm to blame for this.

      Pros

      The team is extremely hardworking which is vital in the industry. Entry level employees have the ability to interact directly with leadership, which is something that is not seen in a lot of businesses. Rick Codd, the COO of the company, is extremely supportive when it comes to professional growth, and wants to see all employees become as successful as possible. If you're looking to work hard in a supportive environment where advancement is encouraged, Catapult is the place to be. I value everything that I have learned during my time with the company.
