Catapult is growing at an extreme rate, transitioning from a large start-up feel to more of a medium sized full-growth company. Things are always changing towards the most efficient approach and it is a great environment to grow with the company. The people who work here are awesome, kind, and unique. Each recruiter puts as much effort in as 3 would from other companies. You won't find better people to work with.

Cons

Since Catapult is rapidly growing with an evolving work flow, new recruiters in the field might have trouble adapting to the high demands coming in. Anyone with a can do attitude and can put their head down to work hard for the day/week to fill a role will be successful here.
