Pros

Catapult is a smaller company, which allows your voice to be heard. Being successful within this company is easy as long as you are willing to work hard. Great teamwork and great team environment.

Cons

The company does not YET have a 401k and the health insurance options are not the greatest.

Hired right out of college!

I was fortunate enough to work for Catapult for 6 months after they hired me right out of college. The culture is great, and everyone is so supportive! You have to be willing to work hard and stay positive. This is not an easy job, but if you are passionate about people and building relationships this is the best place to be!

Cons

If you want your average 8-5 job, recruiting is not for you.
