Pros

Pay above those in similiar industries, flexible hours & fantastic ground level people. Great place to be a salesperson.

Cons

Dominated by sales obsessed leadership who actively overlook other key business functions that don't meet their self-interested pursuits. Partisanship repeatedly promoted by executive team, company values are an internal mockery and only applied when it suits the viewpoint of those at the top. Staff churn rate at an all time high yet deliberately hidden from successful applicants and new starters.

Pros

Teams are full of great people, genuinely driven people whose talents are unfortunately underutilised

Cons

Senior Management drives the company with complete opacity, pretending to adress employee discontent under "mental health" projects that go nowhere. The CEO changes policies on a whim, ending remote work policies for all offices despite employees' desires. The C-suite got paid their bonuses while announcing massive layoffs a couple of months later, only to then re-announce that the company is doing well financially. Pay is under market rate, and engineers keep bearing the brunt of a lot of crunch, while delays keep occurring. There is massive pressure to attend all needs of customers, while sales keeps overpromising and placing blame on engineering. Code practices are pretty terrible, and when junior engineers get used to them, they are then blamed for following what they have been taught. Overall, if you can avoid it, I'd suggest finding a different workplace.

Pros

Good exposure to the sports technology industry

Cons

Impossible to trust this company. They routinely make poor growth decisions and will cull staff to cover up their mistakes. A pure focus on making a profit whilst they crush lives in the process
