1. Cool product 2. Global company 3. Young, techy company 'culture'

1. Mid-level management into executive leadership is an absolute MESS 2. No one ever knows which direction the company is going in, leadership included 3. People that have been 'grandfathered' in are never held to the same standards/practices as newer employees 4. Always feels as though something shady is happening behind the scenes 5. Leadership/executives are ALL talk, ZERO execution or follow-through
