Excellent benefits, culture and compensation structure. When business booms, incentive bonuses tend to follow.

Cons

Very little executive/mid-level management concern for the impact of restructuring on the people affected. Significant shifting/cutting of the workforce as manufacturing footprints are consolidated. Shareholder reward takes precedence over talent retention and employee quality of life.

Pros

Pay higher than average and bonus in good years is very good. They finally have an HSA healthcare option in 2017.

Cons

Stockholder dividend payment and stock price drives company strategy much more than customer benefits or employee retention. Constantly changing budgets make management of projects tremendously difficult and drives inefficiencies that don't seem to be recognized by upper management.
