This company is notorious for promising then not delivering. You’ll go through multiple managers and new ones will forget what the previous good work you’ve done is, even when verified by other leadership. I worked there over twenty years, was working as salary from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and at the end was laid off with over 1000 coworkers. Then they had the audacity to try and call me back for lower pay, MUCH lower pay, to do the same job. They did the same with my coworkers. We were told we were being sacrificed to ensure the stability of the company, just a month after executive leadership gave themselves the largest bonus in company history. Beware, it took me two decades to learn that leadership does not care about employees. They only care about their own wallets.

Limited opportunities for career growth and a highly competitive work environment may not suit everyone.
