More Oppurtunity for those who join as Freshers, not for others

Very Good Opportunity to learn internal team technical stuff. Work Life Balance.
Cons
Those who work on the application level getting more visibility, not the other layers of development. Not much help in getting global certifications, upgrading skills in other part of the development activities. More over suppressing their sub ordinates, in few case turn out to achieve more in terms of good offer and certifications. HR Team is not so friendly to the employee, not ready to listen the concerns. The Supervisors are listening only the next level of leaders not from all the level of engineers. so not all the engineers are getting opportunity to talk to their management. Only Freshers are getting very good salary, more over they work for 2 to 3 years and they go for higher studies. If others are getting good salary and work, they will stay longer.
