Pros

Staffs are nice and helpful, your efforts will be recognized. Your good work will be appreciated by the leaders.typical US company culture

Cons

Limit development space, senior level team have little chance to go head to reach the higher level on the career path . Reporting line and org structure are complicated & pretty hard to persuade others to join the project unless they're informed by the higher leadership.

Pros

As a company it offers good package and benefits for the employee. It has culturally diversed working population. There are lots of opportunities internally to chose for an employee as they get experienced. Overall It's a great company to work for.

Cons

It should have better extracurricular infrastructure in it's facilities. Cafeteria should have subsidized food prices for its employees.
