Pros

+ Very well resourced: financially, capabilities, coverage + Market leader + Engineering, manufacturing, design excellence

Cons

- Political: Middle managers add very little value. Protective and territorial rather than problem solvers and advocates for employees. Self interested. - Stale: Lack of willingness or understanding to innovate and be dynamic - Hubris: As market leader, hubris has set in and arrogance with that. - Sales & Marketing: Lack of understanding and willingness to act as a market leader and set standards, try new things.

Pros

Good benefits and many online self help to upgrade yourself

Cons

Management is too rigid on their thinking and like to employ 'Hire and Fire' culture. No transparency in their people management.
