The company is well structured. Resources, training and experts are always present The brand is well known and has a great reputation in the market

Pros

create a pleasant and friendly environment for the interns. Housing accommodation - no complains.

Cons

Not much really. Maybe if u do not like working away from outskirts of the city, might be an issue.

Working at Desford was a great learning opportunity. Out of university, I was rather naïve and here I was supported by great supervisors and managers

Cons

In my time there, the organisation at the facility was rather top heavy. They looked to keep the younger staff there by force rather than through career progression
