      Pros

      growing company, great development opportunities, with a worldwide scope that offers chances to experience many different and stimulating cultures during your career.

      Cons

      Peoria IL as a headquarters location is not exactly a "draw". Also, you must be willing to relocate in order to progress - you cannot expect to climb the ladder by staying in one location.

      Good Benefits, job security, established company, future growth is strong, The company is in a business sector that has huge growth potential. They promote from within when appropriate.

      Cons

      They usually short staff which requires a lot of overtime hours for the regular employees (not voluntary). Hard to get time of for doctor and dentist appointments.
