Pros

Cat lives by the values integrity, excellence, teamwork, and commitment. Cat is a place where you come to work for life.

Cons

Cat is such a large company, it makes it hard to effect change in a timely manner. Cat is working hard to regain it's leadership position.

Pros

Excellent global brand with tremendous reputation that we back up with our values in action each and every day. Goos job security.

Cons

Too reliant on expensive and increasingly uncompetitive Dealer channel to reach our valued customers. Compensation package is becoming increasingly uncompetitive.

Pros

Good Work environment, ability to move within company, always learning new technologies that are the forefront of the construction industry

Cons

If you are a contract, it is not as stable as they make it sound. Working in Peoria is not always fun and not a very diversified product group
