      Without having a college education it was still great pay. And that's without O/T.

      Pros

      The people are great and the company is pretty stable. Benefits are pretty close to top notch. Brand is very good.

      Cons

      If you don't like to move around then you will be moving up the ladder much more slowly. Benefits have been greatly reduced over the past year and a half.

      Bureaucracy is tough to work through Some management has no buisness being at their current job roles unwilling to fire or repramand poor performance, often times the poor performer will just get pushed onto or even promoted to a new job so their current supervior dosent have to deal with them anymore.
