When they hire for positions, like most companies, you must be internal to get the best positions that are available.

most staff are rude, staff members clip nails at nurse's station, in dining rooms, and in staff lounge areas. poor breast pumping room (cold, dirty, and inconsistent availability). patient care is not priority - revenue is, and management makes that clear. micro-management. not enough work space. administration staff unprofessional; fires staff frequently and talks about it in front of others. managers rarely support/stick up for their staff.
