I was so happy to hear that their mission statement included the statement that we are to help the poor,needy, and the sick... I did enjoy being part of that team at catholic Health that had our hearts set on going the extra mile to aide those who could not help themselves. The Catholic Health System of Buffalo was fair in wages and in had incentives for advancement.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons for this company.

Good benefits, helpful staff, they are easy to work with. Hospitals are clean. The salary is good. Excellent care for patients

Cons

Limited opportunity for advancement. Often times it seems there are not enough workers to cover the amount of patients there are.
