If you're lucky, great coworkers to back you up. Salary and Benefit packages are average for the region.

Cons

Low morale. Upper and many mid-management are disrespectful. They are fighting tooth and nail to not commit to safe staffing ratios. President/CEO Mark Sullivan is all about profits, nothing about patient and staff safety.
