Poor training. Inept managers & supervisors who have created a very toxic environment by encouraging division, mistrust & friction between coworkers. They do not know some of the basics of managing people beginning with treating their people with respect.

Decent work atmosphere. Some great co workers that know how teamwork works. Clean. Up-to-date.

Cons

They don't know how to treat there cnas that work above and beyond expectations for the residents. If they would pay there good cnas better instead of aides that don't care about residents and do the bare minimum they would be able to keep their regular good cnas
