I'm proud to work for a forward thinking and values-based organization like Catholic Health. I consider myself lucky to work in a tightly knit team with my senior department leadership valuing a healthy work/life balance and making you feel genuinely appreciated. My current supervisor is by far the best boss I've ever had and someone I look up to. The paid time off and health insurance plan offered has also been great for my family

Cons

The days are extremely busy with a challenging workload but that isn't exactly a con. You could probably be doing more if you're bored at work.
