There are many locations and different job opportunities.

Cons

Not at all employee friendly, they care about their revenue and their butts before anything else, extremely corporate, non medical office personnel making medical decisions. If something goes wrong, this company will never have your back, they will throw you to the wolves and clean their hands of you.

Small unit, fair assignment load, nice and friendly staff at least the majority

Cons

Float a lot, downstaff a lot, too much charting and double charting, lots of out dated equipment, too much micro management by supervisors, certain rns’ seem to get the cool or interesting assignments
