      Pros

      great benefits and most employees are nice to work with, again depending on the department/location you work in.

      Cons

      The HR Department, sadly is not the same as it previously used be, the new HR Service Center is a call center that you are constantly being yelled at by employees as they have repeat the same situation/issue to another HR Specialist and sometimes takes days to get an answer or call back.

      Pros

      Tight-knit crew, small community hospital. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Management can be top-down, does not always listen to nurses' voices. They put on airs that they value nurses, but management style does not reflect this.

      Coworkers are usually the best part of this organization.

      Cons

      Poor work environment, Unorganized Organization, Does not keep their word about anything. Benefits are not good. No incentives for their employees. Bad Reputation among Employers.
