True to mission statement. Strive to provide excellent health care. Ongoing education for staff in their professional aarea. Supervisors provide excellent suppot. Good benefits and PTO. Competitive compensation.

Cons

None. Healthcare in general is very demanding and stressful at times as any job may be. The job must be done no matter what.
