Pros

This is a company that takes care of it's loyal and dedicated employees. If you think of SalesPad as just another place to get a paycheck, you're not going to be happy or advance in your career. Looking at the employees that have been there for a number of years, it's easy to see why they have had success. If you go above and beyond and believe in what you are doing, then you tend to feel rewarded and appreciated. This is not unique to SalesPad. Just because you work at a software/tech company doesn't mean results aren't expected. With that said, there is very little pressure, and plenty of guidance available to those that need it. All experienced employees at SalesPad are always willing to drop what they are doing and assist a coworker. I've seen that at SalesPad more than any other workplace. In summary, SalesPad is a great place to work if you're willing to put in the effort. Ownership and management are very loyal to employees that exude that same sense of loyalty and dedication to their work. You have to be willing to accept some smaller company pains if you want to receive all of the smaller company perks. The benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

Cons

Not for someone who needs their hand held or can't work without someone over their shoulder. Typical small to medium sized company growing pains, but worth it for the relaxed work environment and other perks.

Pros

Environment - laid back, fun. People - the people are amazing. Games at 4pm on fridays.

Cons

Management and the culture of the company aren't aligned and it makes working as SP painful. Culture is young and laid back while management is untrusting and resistant to change. Game time at 4pm on fridays but you arent allowed to leave. Flex time is allowed for one team and not the rest of the company. Teams are positioned to compete against each other rather than work together. Must take a full hour lunch can't take 30 minutes and leave early. Horrible benefits, no 401k matching, vision, etc, which would be fine is people were paid accordingly but the majority of the company is underpaid at least 15-20% below competitive salary in the area. Zero transparency, teams have goals but those goals aren't communicated or incentivized properly.
