Pros
Great Company Culture. Many employees are recent graduates so there is a fun and easygoing atmosphere. Coworkers love to help you learn. There is plenty of room to rise to a higher position in the company and it is growing fast.
Cons
Work hours are fairly rigid. Pay is fairly low. It is definitely a place for less experienced people to get a start in industry after college. The company is not very transparent.
