Pros
- Was a relaxed atmosphere and had amazing people I worked with - You could ask for overtime and time off easily, as long as you asked ahead of time - A lot of places to eat near by and had a good lunch break (30min-1hr) - Management was relaxed and easy going with clear and direct sales goals - Communication through meetings every morning and sometimes throughout the day helped communicate necessary information to all staff
Cons
- The pay could be better starting off - Working with younger co-workers such as high schoolers can sometimes lead to a difference in responsibility, integrity, and work ethic
