The co workers turn into your family. Everyone I worked with was close, but there is drama. Pay is good during Christmas time.

Cons

Poor management. When it’s not holiday season the store is dead.

Pros

You get paid by commission and hourly. So if you're having a really slow day with no customers, you still have your hourly pay. The store is pretty busy all year long except for June, July, August (because it's summer) Overall the the job is pretty easy and laid back

Cons

Hourly pay is only $7.25 so even if the day is slow, it's not entirely convenient. You have to really push sales for your money. It can get really competitive and sometimes even ugly with co-workers
